If you would like personalized midwifery care throughout pregnancy but plan to give birth in the hospital, our Prenatal Care Only package may be a good fit. 

At North Florida Midwifery & Homebirth, we provide community-based prenatal care for families throughout Jacksonville and Northeast Florida. As a licensed midwife, I offer thorough pregnancy support designed to complement your planned hospital birth. 

All visits take place in the comfort of your home, including lab collection. Family and friends are always welcome during visits.

Appointments last 45–60 minutes, allowing ample time to:

• Ask questions
• Discuss natural approaches to common pregnancy discomforts

• Monitor your mental and emotional well-being

• Review lab results
• Monitor your baby’s growth
• Talk through your hospital birth plan

Comprehensive Postpartum Care in Jacksonville

Unlike the single postpartum visit typically provided after a hospital birth, our care continues well beyond delivery.

You will receive a minimum of three in-home postpartum visits, along with ongoing access to personalized support.

We remain available to answer questions, address concerns, and provide referrals for lactation support, pelvic floor therapy, emotional health resources, and other trusted community providers.

In addition to scheduled visits, you may reach out by phone or message at any time, and additional in-home check-ins are available when needed.
